Our Board

The Board of Directors of the Foundation is composed of the Diocesan Bishop, three members elected by Diocesan Convention, three members elected by Diocesan Council, three members selected by the Bishop, and three members elected by the remaining Foundation Board of Directors.  Directors may serve two full three year terms but then must stand down for at least one year before standing for reelection.  The Bishop serves as President.  All other officers are elected by the Board of Directors.
